The rest must be made in cash best in a fixed carton bag or bank check in the description in the land office.

at completion of the house and decrease	10%

Contract settlement

It is created for a contractual settlement with the conditions for the sale / purchase of land. The contract contains the terms of sale, price, payment schedule, and house construction details.

Reservation Payment

After the reservation, they have 10 days time to pay non-refundable deposit of 100 `000 THB to our account. We will provide you with a written acknowledgment of receipt of payment for disposal.
If payment is not within the 10 days then the reservation will lapse and the property is placed back on the market.

Contract signature after 30 days

Transfer of Ownership
